I love the KVD gel contour, I was so surprised it was lowest on the ratings! I use it everyday! It works so well on my fair skin and it’s hard to over do it!

Completely agree! I have it and use it all the time. Absolutely love it! I will admit there is a slight learning curve with it and it sets super fast as you need to blend as you apply and that it can get patchy depending on the method of application. But once you figure that out, it’s a phenomenal product. Use a brush and blend immediately.

I’ve been using the bounce beauty blender skin tint since it came out and it’s amazing. I’ll even mix it with a more full coverage foundation for my long wear days and it LASTS.

I’m sure that whoever that tone matches, it doesn’t look grey on them. Mismatched undertones can make makeup appear really weird but it’s more about the comparison than the tone itself, like cool tones on warm skin will look way more gray in comparison. I have this issue with brow pencils - I’m extremely fair with a cool undertone, so any brown with even the littlest bit of warmth to it looks straight up orange on me. I have to use something extremely ashy, even straight-up grey - but in my brows it just reads neutral brown. Similarly, foundation SOOOO easily looks orange on my skin, even if it seems cool or neutral in the bottle, if there’s ANY warmth it will quadruple on my skin. I could imagine someone with a warmer skin tone would have the same issue with a very cool tone foundation looking grey, or pink!

The KVD gel contour is SO good if you are super fair! You can really build them up and they don’t look crazy or too warm or too cool once you apply it! I’m going to use it for my wedding day and I’m super excited to use it more! Gorgeous!

I love the kvd contour. If I leave it too long its harder to blend... also I find tapping it in is the best way to blend it out. I think people have just used it incorrectly

The KVD Liquid Contours being low rated is laaaaame! They are so good! Especially if you are more fair, that light cool shade is *perfect* bc it doesn't come across oompa loompa orange like some contours/bronzers do for fair people. 8:20 uh manny….some of us, with fair olive skin, that “grey” matches us PERFECTLY and i am thankful that brands are finally realizing that not all fair people are yellow, peachy or pink. When olive skin is darker, it has golden greenish undertone, its warm. But when you are pale with olive undertones its EXTRA COOL but still neutral because there isnt much pink. For DECADES ive struggled to find a shade that matched me. Like mask city no matter how much id blend into my ears or down my neck. THANK GOD make up companies are getting it FINALLY. And im telling you now, because you have a brand. So while its grey for you, its a perfect match for me 😉💗

Hello Manny! I just picked up the Huda Khaki palette. I agree that the color story doesn't match the name, but I really enjoy it. There's a shade in there that's like a flame orange/gold/coppery rose that made my eyes pop! Tfs! Love and happiness to all ❤️🌈

Khaki is classified as a green color like he said. It’s a mix of yellow, brown and white and is described as a dull brownish-yellow color fabric.

Always recommend the modcon gel to my clients, it’s best to put some on ur hand and then apply!!!! It can get patchy when placing the product directly on the skin w the applicator

i have one of the huda pallets like that and ive found out that wetting your brush first for those shimmers works best like they only work if you use a wet brush for them but i love it
