Year-over-year inflation stood at 6.5% in December 2022-the lowest that figure has been in more than a year. Inflation was in line with what economists expected and gave many of them a reason to believe that the peak of inflation may be behind us. I have approximately $150k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

I'm sure the idea of a coach might sound generic or controversial to a few, but new study by investopedia found that demand for portfolio-coaches sky-rocketed by over 41.8% since the pandemic and based on firsthand encounter, I can say for certain their skillsets are topnotch, I've raised over $400k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K all within 14months

For Tigran: thank you for the helpful videos. How much of your claimed success is directly from landscaping vs your online presence? Your goat program is expensive. It kinda, just kinda feels like a get rich quick scheme that many fall for. Why monetize it if you're just looking to help folks out vs it being a main stream of income? Is your landscaping work just to keep that online presence relevant?

The real tip (for FREE): Start a landscape business, then make a side business to show how it is done via a paid subscription. Next, pretend that the "side" business has nothing to do with the cotinued success of the landscaping job despite it feeding into it. As Tigran said but never ever, ever, ever explained, he said he'd never do that because it is stupid. Is it stupid? Why is it stupid? Or is he just saying that to imply that you can be successful through his Goat Gang subscription? Granted, that could be true...sure. But his real success is through both of these enterprises that feed off of each other. That's the real secret. Add up the profits of both and bam, Lambo in your garage. You can bu successful doing landscaping. Whether or not it'll reach a point to where you can buy such a car is (until there is more evidence from TG himself) dubious at most.

It's called the grade 😂 not "the level of the concrete" I'm just messing w u, finishers are $300 here but pumps are $1k it doesn't make sense, good video
@ZomegJ Жыл бұрын
Yes here in Colorado it's 500 for the pump and 300 a finisher 350-400 for stamped and when we order concrete it's a flat rate 210-220 a yard no hidden fees idk something just doesn't seem right 70,000 maybe 20,000 for that job imo it's over exaggerating.
