Now that you have the Wheel you may want to check out the Wangan Midnight game, The Battle Gear series and Tokyo Extreme. Very similar to the Initial D games.

I used the driving force pro for years before getting a thrustmaster t300 RS. The DF Pro runs on pcsx2. I got mine back in 2016 for only $33, and I still have it for emulation. Highly recommend!

The Driving Force Pro and Driving Force GT are a bit more modern and are great alternatives to this

Driving force GT is an amazing wheel. However, for anyone reading this and wanting to play special stage on ps2 hardware you need the GT Force (wheel in this video) if you want to be able to play in manual mode. The other two wheels work (I have all three) but you cannot shift.

@Initial__N it won’t even recognize the paddle shifters?, I know GT3 has a similar issue with the sequential knob on the DFGT, but it still lets you use the paddles

@@dandrawsit4915 yes, I believe the architecture of the wheel changed between the GT force and Driving Force Pro to incorporate more buttons/dpad. In my experience anything that works with the DFP also works with DFGT just fine and vice versa. Games that came out during the GT Force era are pretty hit or miss for compatibility with newer wheels, wangan midnight for example has the same issue I believe. Special stage doesn’t let you remap the buttons for the wheel and recognizes all Logitech wheels as the GT force so there isn’t a way to remap the shifting

Update: The pedal wire ripped off so sadly my gt3 wheel doesn't work but now I have now upgraded to the gt4 force pro wheel (one that comes with a stick shift) so I cant wait to try out my manual driving !

Just got the new Logitech Driving Force Pro from the PS2 and it is better with the additions of 900 degrees plus the stick shift makes it more realistic I love it !

@@BlankTriggerGamers If that's the case you might wanna do duo PC setup, Emulation of ID Arcade stage 1-8 are all available now. And that steering wheel works on PC as well.
