apparently you actually can sell food and baked goods on etsy per their sellers handbook. there are however laws in place that dictate whether or not you can sell food out of your home kitchen, and most places do not let you do that without a license or permit (if allowed at all).

If it was 1 day shipped then it should have been fine. I live in a 3rd world country and dont own a fridge... And when i cook i leave stuff out for next day and it doesnt go bad... So i can imagine something shipped frozen wont go bad in a day or 2

Be VERY careful with pasta that you leave out for days often cooking. There's an extremely deadly (fugus/bacteria??) that can gr9w in cooked pasta after being left out for several days. Brew on youtube did a video about a college student that died that way. Just saying

Food can definitely be left out room temp for a while, you’re not even supposed to put hot food in the fridge, you should wait until it’s room temp/cold beforehand. If it wasn’t good when he got it it probably wasn’t good in the first place, seeing as it was baked and then frozen for a long period of time

I meant more like I wouldn't eat homemade food (like the mac and cheese) that's traveled so far because by the time it reaches me it could have gone bad already haha. @Yeah Ok As I said in another comment, the food that does travel that far is either preserved to keep it from going bad or something like uncooked pasta or rice that won't go bad unless it gets bugs. What I meant is that I wouldn't eat an already cooked, unpreserved dish that has traveled that far. Also, I live in South Africa and a lot of our products are made locally.

I've been making "man candy" for years apparently... Me and my little sister used to call it brown sugar bacon. Lay the bacon on a pan, spread brown sugar on both sides and bake it until it looks ready. I'm not sure about the time, I just know when to take them out. It's like an orgasm in your mouth.
