As an elder millennial, malls are nostalgic, malls were a hub for the community back in the 80’s-90’s. People may of had cell phones but we were not addicted like they are now, eye contact and small talk with strangers was common. As a teen it was exciting to go there with your friend group. Maybe you’d see your crush from school, get a best friends necklace from Clair’s, talk about life, go see a movie and get some popcorn. But it appears malls have become a shell of their former selves. I hope younger people have places to go and experience life together.

I live in Vegas and have stayed at many hotels (comped... sort of). I never stayed at CC but I did visit. Not super impressed with any of it. Gaudy and old school casino feel. The om;y real reason I went was because I got $150 voucher (again, sort of) for The Steakhouse. Genuinely surprised. It's very out of place in the casino, it's nicely decorated,. immediately get the steak cooking scent,, quiet. Actually it wasn't really that expensive for 2 people, it possible they charged more.. So inexpensive that I had money left over.... so I got ever sing;e dessert they had (which I took home, I was already full). Many, many years back, the Adventure Dome was a real fun place, less rides, but enjoyable. One of the best ones (no longer exists) was indoor laser tag. Two teams wear vests with different sensors, and you duke it out in a dimly light industrial looking maze. Hard to describe. This Dome was supposed to revitalize people to come back To CC. And it did... for a little while.

The idea of the hotel works, Circus Circus does not need to be demolished...it needs to be remodeled, new carpet, paint, rooms updated. The outside need to be seriously painted because the sun has really dulled the exterior.
