Formal dresses can get pretty expensive. My prom was 1920s/Art Deco themed, very Gatsby-esque. So I actually splurged in buying a long beaded gown. I'm pretty sure it was Andrianna Papell too. Thinking back on it now it probably wasn't made for younger crowds because I purchased the smallest size and still needed it tailored 💀 I do remember how *heavy* it was though..

The last pink prom dress is almost the exact same as my prom dress from 2006. The only difference is it was strapless and it was a light blue/light aqua color. I loved it and felt light a princess. I didn’t know what to wear and my parents surprised me with it, I had seen it once and loved it, didn’t talk about it much and it was honestly one of the most beautiful days of my life, not prom day, the day spent at the dress shop with my parents. I didn’t want them to spend that amount of money on me and tried to find a less expensive dress, while trying on a different one y dad bought the blue dress and put it in the car and said we had to go home 😂❤ I just love them
