i’m originally from Russia and we did the same egg-pasta thing in my childhood only without sugar the twist was that you take yesterday’s left pasta which is like dry and gross from the night in the fridge and you warm it up in the pan (if it had any sause - wow), add eggs, cheese and actually anything you want the goal is to moisten and frankenstein the pasta if it make sense 😅
