Charlotte Phelps so my skin is really textured and I’ve found that since I just wear the concealer, the wowder, and the cloud paint that it sort of masks the texture of my skin because like Kennie mentions your face isn’t caked up with product.

Completely agree! I ordered their pack of three of the concealer, boy brow and lip product and they asked me to do a review and I told them straight up I LOVED the concealer and boy brow but the lip product seriously dried my lips out for some reason. Next thing you know two days later they sent me an email apologizing that I had a bad experience with it and refunded me the full price of the lip product. I was never anticipating a refund at all and was super surprised because I’ve never had a company refund me the full price of a product after doing one of their generic email surveys. They’re team is amazing!

only aliferxus I think it looks nice with a little acne and scarring. Because of pregnancy I have cystic acne (not severe, just on my jaw, chin, and cheek) and big scarring patches (my chin/cheek) and I think it makes them look more even with my skin but doesn’t make me look acne free. Something about it being skin colored as opposed to red is nice! Plus I put a good amount of concealer on a particularly bad breakout.

Subbed and am 56 and just received my first purchase of Glossier and today , so my skin was glowing and so natural. I have HUGE health issues including a brain tumour and am in many meditations and yet this managed to sit beautifully, glow and “stay put”! I have always had huge issues with acne and thereby makeup applications but as of today for the makeup ~ no more !!! I love the products. I use beauty counter skin care products which have healed my skin issues completely but obviously doesn’t heal acne scars or regular blemishes. Just love my products! ( the lip gloss ~ reminds me of 7th grade dollar store gloss but likely less dangerous. Great job and super entertaining as well. ( you are a sweetheart)

Meep moop I’m talking about glossier specifically. If all natural faces are beautiful why do they largely promote naturally beautiful ones. The full coverage companies do it too. All marketing does this. I think people give them too much credit for some deep social purpose than selling a lighter, different type of makeup for the consumers who’re into that. Which is great but I don’t think they’re about embracing ugliness. I think they sell light coverage makeup and their products seem great.

It may also just not be her style. This is my first video of hers but I gather that Kendall loves emphasizing her eyes, which if that's your thing I can see this feeling pretty useless. Not because it doesn't look good on you but because it doesn't fall in the wheelhouse of your personal style. Personally I like having one or two colors like this, but I do not like liquid formulas very much on my eyes as I feel like they crease a lot. My go to is WnW Nutty instead and blast the formula change messing with that perfect color! T.T

I actually do create really elaborate looks when I have the time, but your girl is a student, student teacher, and aftercare teacher studying for her licensure exams, often all in the same day during the week and I WANT SLEEP. XD So yeah I just can't some mornings. WnW redid all of their shadows so the formula is relatively the same, for Nutty anyway, but the color is *slightly* different to my eyes. Granted I'm an artist and my ophthalmologist thinks that I may be tetrachromatic because I seem to see more colors than normal so I'm not sure how noticeable the difference is to others. I have seen several people put swatches next to each other of old vs. new and say it looks the same to them so take my opinion with a grain of salt. ;)

I'm not officially diagnosed, tetrachromatic vision in humans is sort of a new area of research. The first possible suggestion was in a 1948 study but research into the idea has been sporadic since then. The general idea is that it is a genetic mutation so it is something you are born with, you never know any different. My ophthalmologist essentially thinks that I am based on my vision exams and some fun with color distinction tests but it is not medically confirmed, mostly due to disagreements as to how tetrachromia would manifest in humans, my diagnosis is based on the idea that a person with tetrachromia would see more colors than a trichromatic human would be capable of but that theory is not universally accepted. I'm not even sure how you would fully confirm it (like beyond scientific doubt) other than the genetic tests. The only part about it that bothers me sometimes is when people say that colors I see as distinctly different are the same and I think a lot of people run into that with others anyway. XD A quote from a "The Science of Us" article Tetrachromats can see colors that most people cannot - up to 100 million, estimates suggest, which is 100 times that of the average human. Most people have three cells, or receptors, in their retinas, but tetrachomats have a fourth receptor, which may be what allows for their heightened color perception. They are usually female, and it’s estimated that about 12 percent of women carry the gene for this fourth receptor. Carrying the gene doesn’t guarantee that you’ll wind up with heightened color vision, but those who both have the gene and who are immersed in a wide range of colors from a very young age appear to be more likely to develop the ability. Researchers are still in the very early stages in their understanding of this condition, so there aren't any hard numbers on how often it manifests itself." If you want to make these super natural concealers work for your skin if you have acne or pigmentation just powder under and over them and kind of layer them up, they’ll still look completely natural. I use the RMS uncover up and unpower and they work great and let my skin breathe while it heals.

Sooo I just bought the, cloud paint, face tint, highlighter, wow powder, eye stick tint and , the lip balm My review, The skin tiny is good it's VERY sheet but it covers evenly and makes you look a bit healthier, The cloud paint I love but you need to be careful with the fact that it can really easily apply to much If your paler than make sure to get a rosy color at least for me. I got the more orange one and you can’t put allot but if you got the pinky you could put more The highlight is such a soft glow it's pretty but not blinding if you want that I did very like it tho and you can build it too The lip balm is Soo nice it's a thicky Vaseline but its red tiny (the one I got) is pretty and sheer I liked it the only problem is that it does feel a bit heavy if you don't like that and it can come off easily you don't need allot though so it's ok The lid tint eyeshadow is nice and sheer I liked it and easy to apply Edit: for this eyeshadow tint thing it is easy to build up, so you can get more pigment and all that The wowder powder is good but low-key a waste of money, it's basic powder save your money . So yeha I liked it but it's super expensive. I think it's worth it if you can afoor if not save your money

Michaela D The Etude House Water Color Blush and other Korean cream blushes could be close to the Cloud Paint, and the Tony Moly Get It Tint Balm and Holika Holika Water Tint Bar are similar to the lipstick they have. The AOA Brow Gel (MissA.com) is $1 and similar to the Boy Brow Gel and the Maybelline Strobe Stick is similar to the Glossier highlighter. For the mascara, any Asian fiber mascara could be a dupe. The skin tint and concealer are the hardest things to dupe. Edit: Peripera Blur Skin Tint is a great skin tint dupe for those in the lighter skin tone rage. For us dark skins the search continues :(

He reason glossier is more expensive than most people want is that it’s so infused with skincare.
