this was a fun watch:" so, I clean figurines for people as a hobby, you can probably get that Rei clear with a soft bristle toothbrush , Like to soft to be a tooth brush < and some white vinegar mixed with water : she is clear so mix it 1 parts vinegar 2 parts water : for solid color use a 50/50 split of the two. ^always try that first, you don't want to put soap on most older plastic/Vinyl toys if you can avoid it. Then try soap - use something that isn't to harsh like a cheap dish soap. Lastly: if that doesn't work get a cup of water and put a spoon of Lemon juice in it, rub her down with baking soda and pour the juice over it
