wonderful video.. I am in my 50's and I began taking the Lyma vitamins a few months ago. I noticed a big difference in my skin, my sleep is much better and I have an overall healthy look... I believe you might see a different more for an older individual then a younger person.

It is expensive, but. You don't know that most vitamin brands don't use these same ingredients. Cheaper vitamins contain cheaper versions of the vitamins and not all have the same bioavailability in our bodies. Which means they don't get absorbed at all or very little. You should try buying all the vitamins separately and see the price. You would be surprised.

I just bought their laser product. Hoping it’s not just slick marketing. I checked out the science behind it and it seems legitimate. Vitamins do normally take a month or so to make a difference (in my experience). Time will tell. No instant results!
