Hi Donna, thanks for the comment. I LOVE making the videos and sharing this part of my life. Unfortunately, it's REALLY hard to make these videos and it's a ton of work. My days are incredibly busy between work and family. Add the side hustles, filming, and editing to the mix, it's a lot to handle. Some weeks the content comes easy and others it takes more than a week to gather enough sales/action to make a full video. I'm working on it though 🤘

I don't know if keeping the fees separate is some sort of accounting benefit for tax purposes, but wouldn't it be easier to factor the 18% buyer's premium and fees into the base cost and count it as an asset instead like with the mobility scooter repair? It seems like it would artificially inflate the profit margins between your COG and Revenue. The vac and tools would be logical since you can continue using those expenses on future jobs. Just curious.

Get a small flat bed trailer and install a hitch on the car, thats how I started , traided a dryer I was selling for the trailer that had 2 flat tires (easy fix) purchased a used hitch and installed myself , It took me 4 days and I been flipping sice.Best Wishes

I probably won't do an actual tax video but I will mention when we pay taxes. We didn't have anything due last year because all profit had been reinvested into vehicles, inventory, etc. but this year we'll likely owe some money.

My grandpa also taught me to put a an advertisement on your vehicle and then your car is a double tax write off bc its advertising.
