Things I remember saying to "get back" to reality - "Don't emotionally react to daydreamings" - "Don't argue to daydreamings" - "Don't justify to daydreamings" - "Nothing about that is happening"

I'm still a maladaptive daydreamer and i have been daydreaming for about 9 years now. Yep, it definitely did ruined my life. Even after daydreaming i start to feel bad about myself because i've always think that "i could've spend my time doing x instead of just daydreaming". Rn i'm trying different various methods to try to get rid of it. Of course i can't completely erase my addiction but i can at least try to control. Thanks for sharing your experience

Write down whatever you are planning on dreaming about(have a book where you can write down your thoughts the moment you feel the need to imagine start writing)

Thank you so much for this video ! You can't imagine how much it means to many of us. Btw I understand that daydreaming makes you guys upset because you feel like you wasted your life, but don't worry too much ! It's a chapter. Not the full story. Life isn't made for being perfect, it's made for growing and you can't grow without making mistakes. It is already a great step to be conscious that daydreaming isn't healthy for you. Keep in mind that it is an addiction, and as every addiction like alcohol or cigarette, it requires a lot of courage to free yourself from it. But when you are free you'll live your life at its fullest, you'll make up for the lost time, acheive all of your dreams, and become the best version of yourself. Because this maladaptive daydreaming era will have taught you the importance of living in the moment. So go take action NOW ! Love you all X3

We have all done bad things, lied, and insulted... All of this is not pleasing to God. We are distanced from the perfect God because of our actions, but God loves us and sent His son Jesus, who is the Son of God. Jesus Christ was rejected by people who considered Him a liar and died on the cross. But on the third day, God raised Him to show that God pays the price for our sins. If you do not accept Jesus Christ as the payment for your sins, you will have to pay the price with your actions. Every person is a sinner, and no one has a life free of sin. The Bible tells us that we have all sinned: Romans 6:23 [23] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus. Jesus Christ is the only payment for our sins, so accept what He has done for you. Jesus Christ is our first love.
