Soooo to summarize Sniper buys from a whole seller/company(could be a retailer...ie, back dooring). That whole seller has bought the sneaker for far less than the retail price so they make a profit by marking up the price and then selling in bulk to resellers. The reseller then marks the price up again to sell to the public (probably with the highest profit margin). It's a win for the whole seller because (if it's a popular shoe) they can sell in bulk with no risk. The risk is more on the reseller because if the shoe bricks they have a large supply they cant sell....but they have the larger potential upside for profit if its a banger!!
