Tip: to make a crablet you’re friend / pet, you just need to grab the headcrab and walk around with it, once the light turns blue on a crablet, that means you have tamed the crablet and now he is your little pet.

You can actually "tame" crablets if you take them far enough from their spawn. This was discovered way back before bonelab and the first thing I did in bonelab was just make sure it still worked because crablets are adorable
