Also the trainees are almost directly responsible for multiple murders, and all those ones went to StarClan, without even being told to take the oath. None of them even attempted to tell the medicine cats what was going on when the truth was revealed and many of them just cowered when the Great Battle happened. But sure, it's Rosepetal and Willowshine who deserve to be trapped in the Dark Forest under Ashfur's ghost control.
