Your daughter is so cute and growing so fast! I loved the story about your bible. So glad it was there when you went back. My family used to volunteer every year to cook breakfast at our local Ronald McDonald house in Philly. We loved doing that and meeting the families.

I love that Bible study advise, and I’m going to try and do that. That will help me understand what I’m reading because I be lost sometime lol. Your baby is so ADORABLE AND CHUNKY 😊. Josie is just a lil cutie. Eating her version of your late night Denny's Moons over my hammie 😂😂 And you have to write a message for your kids in the bible for them to keep. I have my grandma's bible and just looking at her handwriting and reading her expressions of faith warms my heart. And the water thing you are right. And if you drink it fast it doesnt take it to where it needs to go and do what it needs to do. It doesn't give the brain enough signsls to direct the hydration and nutrient flow to where it should be. It just.stores it. So sipping evey 5 mins all day or some kinda routine of 64-100+ ounces or however much 2 bottles is for you is better

Wow I must have missed a lot. She done, had a baby and fixing breakfast. I'm glad it's it's a mother that's not breastfeeding and the baby is on formula. I had a baby when I was older and my baby is 5 months old and I wasn't able to breastfeed this one. My 28-year-old and 20-year-old I breastfed fine. Thank you for that

F you are eating a lot of salty foods (high salt /sugar) intake, your body will retain the water you DO DRINK. Cut out salt or sugar for a day.. Drink the SAME AMT OF WATER, and see what happens. Then you will know for sure what's going on.
