I have been on mounjaro for 6 months down 40 pounds! I am taking a week off because I just didn’t want to take it this week. I am a type 2 diabetic from post heart transplant. I don’t mind the half day of nausea I get its manageable. You gave me the encouragement to ask my endocrinologist for it back in July 😊

I hope it works well for you without any side effects! I feel like younger women have more issues than older women when it comes to semiglutide medications. Also be careful with Herbalife, being an MLM they don’t care about health, just sales, I know many people who’ve had a lot of issues while doing it. The constipation is what I most commonly I hear from many patients taking semaglutide. I’d suggest doing prunes (or juice), pears (natural), flaxseed with oj. And if all else fails Miralax ❤

I've been taking Rybelsus (pill form of Semaglutide) for close to a year now. I am 40 and very large. (450lbs). I have lost about 65lbs. I have mostly had constipation, upset stomach, and the stinky sulfer burps. I have IBS and have always had stomach issues so it honestly hasn't bothered me much. I'm not a coffee drinker but honestly I find taking a sip of coke is one of the only things that will help settle my stomach. I had a back injury so last year was very limited mobility and movement. I am really hoping to ramp things up this year and loose a bit more. I like the slower pace.

I love doing the semaglutide vs the prescription shot. You are able to control the dosage much better and make very minor adjustments to be on the lowest dose that works. With the "real shot" you are stuck jumping up and down the preset shots which may be too much or too little.

I’m taking tirzepatide and love it, it’s a little more than semaglutide but I started with Mounjaro so I chose to stay with it. I wish insurance would pay but I’ve had no trouble saving money in other areas in order to pay for the meds, and my health has improved so well. I’m at my goal weight after losing almost 100 lbs. You’re right about protein. I make a huge smoothie at least once a day with protein powder, collagen, and frozen fruit because hair does fall out when you lose, especially fast. I’m excited for you and so grateful for help that’s out there now.

Hi everyone well, Lauren, you’re brave I could never do a shot. Congratulations you’re doing it. I take phentermine 30 mgs i’m on my third month two months on the 30 mg I keep forgetting to get on the scale. One thing I noticed is I don’t think about food all day long I quit smoking regular cigarettes my anniversary on February 22, 2024 and since I don’t smoke all want to do is look for food. I don’t like that. but I need to start working out I need clothes and I won’t buy any.. question to everyone who’s reading this does anyone find it hard to work out? I think about it and it just makes me tired, I am totally lazy. I will agree. until I can get myself to do it on the daily basis I know I feel so much better but it’s trying to get myself to do it. I’m limited on what I can do ,but I can do Richard Simmons sweat to the oldies 2 is very motivating, but I don’t know it’s terrible. My husband gets testosterone shots due to be low in his numbers and we have to give the injections at home. I have to give them because you inject it in the top fatty area of upper butt area. And we are both super nervous too every time we give them. He is due this week for one and I just have to go 1-2-3 go and inject it. He says it doesn’t hurt. Isn't the point of losing weight to be healthy? Dysphasia, Kidney Disease, Gallbladder disease, and Pancreatitis (which is a precurser to Pancreatic Cancer!) are all side effects. There is a reason why you can't get it prescribed to you.

I know you hate messages that have to do with the things you buy for your kids, and it would be ok to get the occasional snack but your haul was really terrible for the children. The fact that these packages say non GMO or have the word fruit on it doesn't mean they're good for them or even acceptable. You don't believe me? ask your paediatrician!
