It was alright but considering it's a new hotel, I expected a lot more. Just like the loo paper in hospital cheap and nasty. Cannot believe they didn't change the quilt cover, or clean the kettle. I don't blame the staff, they are given so much to do in allotted time things get missed. Everyone is cutting back now. Thanks for the video.

Hi that was an excellent video and I really enjoyed it so much. what happens if you have a problem with your room key or a problem with your room if there are no receptionist at the reception desks to assist. If the check in Machines are broken you would not be able to check in and it could cause problems. I think that when you pay 91.00 or above for a room it should include unlimited excellent Wi-Fi and a breakfast to.

don't bother with the premium wifi we had it in the last premier inn we were in and couldn't connect to it most of the time. their wifi in general is gone to the dogs.

I've booked here for April said wifi was free ? Also can you just walk in for breakfast that u have booked or do u have to deal with staff to be seated 😂

Just walk in for breakfast- wifi is free but useless forcing you to upgrade to ultimate WiFi for an extra fiver
