Not related to the video, but the way the snow sits on the roofs in the thumbnail is so satisfying. Like a literal blanket.

Ranzo, that looked like big fun. I've never skied before either and I don't particularly like falling, but it doesn't look like it hurt as much as falling while trying to ice skate or roller skate.

Well, this was amazing to see Ronzo, and so beautiful to see parts of Japan covered in snow. I definitely want to travel in Japan and just get to see the different seasons in the different areas in the country. The nature in the country really looks breathtaking. Also way to go Tiffany for doing the incredible job for the first time in ski lessons! Ranzo keep at it I know it’s not easy I would like to try skiing too but it is what it looks terrifying knowing that the ice is a lot slippery & then you have to be really good with balance.

I have a question, could we all work together and make a type of digital "GreenBook" for BOBs in Japan then in East Asia? I would love to travel all over Japan staying, eating (vegan) and having fun at BOBs in Japan.

PS when will the hitchhiking project continue? We really enjoyed it.
@keithkoganeislife3144 Жыл бұрын
Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose of going to Japan if you were just primarily going to non-Japanese establishments? It would be like if I went to Ethiopia but only flocking at establishments only owned by Indians.
@shawnbuchanan01 Жыл бұрын
@@keithkoganeislife3144 I love being in Japan and visiting traditional inns. I just left a very rural area in Kyoto. I am now closer to the city and a white-owned organization has bought up a whole street here. They have formed partnerships with a local bakery and school. If you are in Japan yes 100% enjoy Japanese hospitality. I just feel we could also support BOBs as well.
@keithkoganeislife3144 Жыл бұрын
@@shawnbuchanan01 well I personally wouldn’t do so because when I go to Japan. I want to experience Japanese culture and people, not foreigners. Like there are a few White geishas and I wouldn’t want to give them my business because when I’m in Japan, I go to support Japanese people. When I go to Botswana, I will only support Black Botswana people and businesses. It’s like when some Americans travel abroad but only go to American chain restaurants like McDonald’s or Starbucks, it’s not really supporting the native population is it.
@shawnbuchanan01 Жыл бұрын
@@keithkoganeislife3144 I guess it is because I have lived abroad most of my life. I feel the need to support Black-owned establishments. You can do so while also experiencing the local culture. The Black-Hafu community is strong here. All of us are different. The Black population is not monolithic.
