In this vlog, were staying in the cheapest AirBnB that was listed as a rental on their website. Going in, I didn't know whether I would end up in a single room, an apartment, an entire house, good or bad neighborhood, in Henderson, Las Vegas or North Las Vegas, etc. However, what I got for the price was a bit surprising to me! An airbnb in Las Vegas can be at hotels in the tourist areas (MGM Signature, Palms, STRAT, etc.), but you can also get a house out in town someone if you prefer to be off strip. After showing the house, we go get something to eat at a popular local casino called Big Horn Casino. An AirBnB may be the best option for you to stay in Las Vegas if you're traveling with a group, want to be away from the strip & downtown, or if you need a short-term place to stay before moving into your home or apartment. I live a couple of blocks from the Big Horn Casino. Its a great place to eat and have a cold beer. Beers are only $3.00 24/7. You are only a stranger until you walk in the door.

I have lived in Vegas most of the time since I came here at 19. I’m now 73. I lived away from the strip, there really is a real world here. Still live here near my two sons and their families. A good place for families.

Ratings are important for Airbnbs, the owner was probably using the cheap price to farm good ratings when first starting up. It's harder to find renters at full price if you have zero reviews

Even with the resort fee, it's the same price as staying on the strip. This house makes more sense if staying with more people, since you can split the cost with more people than a standard room in a hotel.

Hello Jacob. May have been given a great deal just to get some advertisement from you and a review then jacked everything up like you said. Cleaning fees for 1 person 1 night $150 is kind of crazy for sure. Decor was okay except all the vines running along the walls nope not my idea of decor. Thanks for sharing someone will be interested in it. Probably cheaper than hotels for a week with kids or big group. Take care.

Airbnb really only works out with price if you’re staying for a longer time. The cleaning fee for one night always screws up the budget. But that one is very nicely appointed. A little TOO decorated for my taste though.

Hi Jacob. This is Robert from New Zealand. I just started following you today and really like your content. My wife and I have been interested to visiting LV but neither of us is interested in Gambling. We’d be there for the shows and to experience the immenseness of it all. The air bnb was a great video as itaddresses the option of staying in a casino or outside the strip. We would be reliant on Uber and public transport which I think would be a killer but I had no idea that the air bnb fees were so ridiculous. It’s a great argument for a resort stay. I highly recommend going and staying or at least renting a car and going off strip. Honestly I don’t know how people get drunk on the strip without going bankrupt after their first couple of beers. The markup is crazy! Go about 20 minutes out of the strip and get $2 bottles of pretty decent wine, $6 six packs of beer and bring them back to the hotel and then go out and party 🙂

Appreciate it....I tend to NOT even look at the Ultra cheap properties exactly because of the fee nonsense. Why play that game ? Just be honest and upfront....otherwise you are likely missing out on looks.
