Gavin, I'd love to see you do more research on paranormal investigation. When the EMF (magnetic meter) on the app is in the red, you're basically putting your hand through a ghost. I laughed so hard. In Chapter 5 when the ghost said"lower" "soldier" and "follow me" i think it was trying to lead you to the Cellar as thats where the roman soldiers were. So imagine the ghost's face watching you look under the bed XD

i think in the second nite when u were in ur room and they asked "how does it work", it was the boy asking how the game worked bc u asked if they wanted to play a game with you. i also think that when u heard "solider" "follow me" that its was either a soldier that thought u were also a soldier and was gonna take u to your "correct post". orrr it was the boy trying to play a game where you two were gonna be soldiers. i also think his name was billy. perhaps the horse he was trampled with was a "royal" horse from the royal family! possibly from a carriage ride!! also the "unexpected noise" that u heard while sleeping was indeed shocking LMAO. i get so dang excited when u make these videos. thank you for being brave for us Gavin

I'm watching this for the 2nd time now. These spooky travel reading vlogs Gav do are my favorite thing to watch on ALL of KZbin . It always feels like he literally takes us with him in the moment. Like we are seeing those Beautiful and spooky places with a best friend. I'm obsessed with spooky stuff but I'm also a giant chicken shit. So when Gavin is ghost hunting I'm always on edge. I could NEVER ask questions alone like that. When he says "Is anyone here with me?" ..... the thought just of hearing ... YES... behind me makes my skin crawl. I randomly, stumbled across your channel, after a chap from Bradford recounted his terrifying experience, whilst staying at the Golden Fleece in York, via My Paranormal Experience, on KZbin. He did not get off as lightly as you did, as his partner and him had stayed in the really haunted Lady Alice Peckett bedroom… he ended up having an episode within the room, and later being handcuffed, was taken off by the Police, to the local A&E in York, where hours later, was released of being of sane mind! He had booked two nights at the Golden Fleece, to celebrate his birthday, last year…well he certainly had a birthday, which he will never forget! :-). Your video blog, came up, which I so very much enjoyed, but it was the sight of you swigging wine out of a bottle, in the wee bewitching hours in this haunted location, before wandering the deserted streets of York, which has me now a new subscriber to your channel 🙂 All the best to you from my new home, in Germany :-)

The green, yellow, red light bars are the EMF readings of the area. Green - you're more likely to be alone, yellow, somethings coming closer to you, red is something right next to you. Ghosts/spirits give off electro magnetic pulses which affect eletronic equipment as they run off similar waves. Hope that helps. Also the "noise" is so you know the EMF is being affected.
