This was my first bike as well. Glad we share this in common. It was an awesome bike, and definitely holds its value if you take care of it, and created a lot of good learning, and happy memories for me.

I like the frame on these W models and I guess it must be better then previous models? but liking the oil/air cooled engine better. Therefore Guy Martins gsxr was extremely cool.

Thinking of buying my first bike today a 1995 gsxr 750 with 20000 miles any advice or tips in advance ?
@Fdbastro2 жыл бұрын
Update: went and looked at it and bought it 🥰
@moto_ak472 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Make sure you check over the bike and test ride it first before handing money over. Some simple but very important things to check are the chain, brakes, oil, throttle and brake cables, tire tread, leaks, non working buttons or lights ect. all these things can be negotiable in pricing based on the overall condition of the bike.

Make sure they person you are meeting up with meets you in a public location with camera present for safety of you both. Of you are buying from a private seller that it. If your buying from a dealer then disregard that but still make sure your salesman cares about you and your likes and dislikes.

Nice bike bro, I've got a Suzuki gsx r 750 wn 1992 it had done 60000 miles when I bought it , it is now on 67000 on it . The colour is black and silver with purple wheels . I love the bike .
@moto_ak473 жыл бұрын
Nice man. Iv also seen a black and silver with red wheels color combination as well. The colors on mine grew on me. Didn't like it at first but then started adding mods to the bike and everything came together nicely and looked good for the year.

Where can I purchase accessories for a ‘93 gsxr 750w? Thanks!
@moto_ak473 жыл бұрын
Your best bet will be motorcycle mechanic shops that have been around for a few years working on older bikes that have acquired some parts over the years. There will be no newer motorcycle shops with any parts for older bikes unfortunately. As they are mainly intrested in the most common newer bikes on the market. (That makes them the most money) Start and test your luck at older shops first. Next try Amazon and then Craigslist as well for part out bikes and parts listing.
