I used to hop on every art trend on insta with animated shorts, when you put all that effort just to get like 300 views it was like oof 💀 I was better off posting a normal post. But I agree SO MUCH about creating for yourself! I do that now and being off insta, it's just so freeing!

This happened to me SO.MANY.TIMES. 🤣 some trends were super fun but other times I felt obligated joining in and made lackluster things just to take part. And yes: less insta is the way to go for me as well!! 🙏🏻💕

I feel like online artist should do art for themselves and not stress about trends or posting daily because at the end of the day, most of us are not getting paid for this. At least be happy while doing it
