Do like my vw’s especially the R32 in original state, personally I couldn’t live with the gap between the exhaust and bumper it would drive me nuts but I do agree the r32 rear end is one of the nicer finishes. Just give the bash bar a whack with a hammer and crow bar lol 😂 make it work Jesse

Definitely need to get it mapped though, the change in back pressure from the system could cause a loss of power or torque

@@jakeseftonshoots if you go to any garage that does remaps they will map it accordingly depending on what mods you have. In theory you should always map your car when you install a new intake, exhaust, turbo, injectors etc. to ensure it runs correctly

Car looks mint with the R32 rear end, although I prefer the Mk6 style twin exit edge style ones. The exhaust does hang too low though, a small curved piece welded in to angle the system up over that rear bar. The system for me, is way too loud though, I don't mind loud systems but that sounds broken to me.

Think the sound is at the sweet spot. Had one of these BWA’s a few years ago with a 3” decat downpipe and straight through and it sounded like a fuckin diesel lad and was unbearable on the motorway 😂 just know what your getting yourself into if you do that route. R32 style rear end suits it though

Should definitely colab with r-tech performance. There the best in the business for anything mk5 Tfsi related. Can’t be beaten. Watch trhamza he’s done a fair few videos with them on gti s3 etc. my Leon is still on the original turbo making 295bhp they are good👌
