Before clicking on the video, I also didn't think there was gonna be much difference between Aceu's gameplay and Faide's gameplay, but you did a great job with your research and breaking down exactly what makes his playstyle unique from other pro players. Also, the difference in your stats after just 50 games of replicating his playstyle is crazy, and i'm definitely gonna start copying his playstyle as well lol. Overall great analysis and really well made video.

@@legendaryluke2582 Your conclusion that playing calmly helped your stats as compared to your all time averages is not logical. There are too many variables involved to conclude that. Just based off the amount of time you spend playing the game, your all time average should naturally be lower than your most recent 50 games average simply because you are probably better than when you first started. I like that you breakdown his gameplay style though.

very true, i expected the same.

i really think that valorant plays a huge role in the way you approach fights in any other game. if you watch videos like "valorant players play csgo" or something similar, you always see how different their playstyle compared to players that only play csgo or similar games. their tactical play is way more controlled and decisions are always carefully weighted.

Just found your channel and I gotta say im super impressed on the quality of your research and just how inquisitive you are of all the small details in this game and its players. I find myself wondering many of these same questions without even beginning to consider half of the concepts you flesh out in these videos of yours. You're super intentional with your research and effort and it definitely shows in your work, as these videos are crazy insightful and helpful for people like me. Seems it has been a while since you last uploaded, so hopefully you're just working on a crazy new video and haven't given up on the channel haha keep up the awesome work!

Ah yes, I felt it when you said you practised spinning the kunai as fast as possible, that was my experience and I did it when I couldn't even slide or shoot properly lmao. Great video.

2:48 Also good to note that he probably got that playstyle from when he used to play a lot of cs before Apex especially the holding angles part and baiting for the enemy to come to him.
@astraha. Жыл бұрын
Because Aceu is not making but holding the angles he makes for a great ´A got ur back´ kinda teammate. Every time his teammates make the effort of making some room or advancing towards the enemies, he will hold the angle that was left by the teammate. Meaning it reinforces the support thing and can keep the teammate safe or even win fights. But thats not it, he uses his teammates but he doesnt rely on him, he can cleary play on his own too and, like u already explained, profits from mistakes that the enemy does (Excatly like Faide). One thing that he also does differently is the way he commits to fights. There are many clips of him taking, what we would call, risky 1v2 or 1v3 but he still manages to come out alive. Im not entirely sure how to explain it, but I guess he kinda knows what the best odds are when he is actually the one pushing or advancing. Truly a remarkable player. Not to forget how fast he can adpat to literally anything on the fly. Much needed these days in Apex.

I already know this is gonna be a good vid cause you're correcting a common mistake when it comes to aceu and that is hes not a "Fragger" per say in terms of what role he fits in apex hes actually an anchor which is shown in how he often sits back hold a position and takes angles while allowing his other teammates to hard push
