This is a total disgrace! £3,500 is far too low an amount for the torture that you were put through by that criminal. He should be in jail now and £50,000 would be a more reasonable amount of compensation for you for this. Imagine if you had handcuffed, tortured and kidnapped a police officer, because he did something that you personally didn't like that triggered you. You'd be in prison now.

@@maureentait8607 hahahahaha the resources that take days to respond and haven't solved a single burglary in years, yet have dozens of treasonous cowards to respond to lawful activity and petty offenses with no victims? The point is that it wouldn't matter if you did need these worthless and treasonous cowards, they will never help anyone in need who is desperately being attacked or robbed, they will only waste their resources to matters that suit them, so it is actually good to exploit, expose, drain, and delay them as much as possible. If they choose go ignore victims in need to waste time oppressing innocent and law abiding people because they don't like their lawful activity, that is their choice and nobody else's. The truth is there are not any good cops on any force as it currently stands because none of these treasonous cowards can be party to this without being just as guilty and until there is a complete restructure of the way police are, they all are worthy of any unfortunate circumstances to befall them. Keep on exploiting them for financial gain in the meantime while exposing their crimes to the world and showing everyone how they choose to waste their tax dollars to pay victims of the polices crimes and abuses while letting the actual treasonous criminal cowards get away without any accountability or responsibility. It actually encourages more people to do the same, and this is why more settlements than ever before are being paid out to victims and more intentional baiting than ever before. It is actually being felt by annual budgets by especially corrupt and criminal departments and they are feeling a lack of resources and requesting larger budgets because the settlement payouts are becoming increasingly larger and still not anything near the payouts in the u.s. for example, like this would be easily over 6 figures in the u.s. in settlement alone, if it went to trial it would be millions which is what would be filed for initially but settle for the 6 figures or slightly below. He is doing the exact right thing by exposing and collecting his compensation payouts.

May be it needs to be written into their employment contract, proof of insurance before being offered the position. I mean that being before any training can take place. This is why police should set much higher standards on recruiting. This one was a thug before he became a cop and is more dangerous since becoming one. Not everyone is as calm in these situations. Many would rightfully fight back to get away from him. You know that because he has experience. He deliberately tries to escalate things just to get ab actual legal reason to make a lawful arrest. Inflicting pain is certainly going to help by putting pressure on the cuffs. All cops should be well educated on legislation before they are let out onto the streets. This clown doesn't even ubderstand the most easiest piece of legislation that is used a lot. Breach of the peace!
