That's awesome! I'd always hoped for a running spouse, to share long hours on the trails with me. My husband simply doesn't enjoy running, but we hike together, and he's crazy supportive, always buying me running gifts, sending me links to upcoming races, and crewing me at ultras. I miss him on longer runs, but know I'm a lucky girl anyways!

I was wondering if that's a good decision for a mom to run with that effort 4 months after giving birth. It's great if she was able to regenerate so quickly. She's very dedicated, kudos to her! :) As for you, Göran, just 41.8kms more at that pace and you'll beat Kipchoge at marathon distance 😂

Human bodies are fantastic at healing, and she has been exercising slowly to get to that point. Obviously, it depends on person to person what that person is capable of, but telling someone that they shouldn't do something because the teller thinks--without any knowledge--it could be harmful under certain circumstances is toxic behavior. What you just did was mansplain combined with "because of the implication" a la Dennis Reynolds.
