Pausing the video for a second to say: To be honest I’m not buying every product influencers suggest or promote, because quite frankly I’ve done PR and marketing and I know how it works. HOWEVER, Molly is not joking about B12. I got very ill at one stage in my life and it was all down to low b12. Let me tell you that will mess with your body and your looks. I ended up having to have b12 injections (which sting like hell) for a year. Trust me, take a B12 pill. B12 really does help with tiredness, dizziness, skin, hair and nails. Also, get routine blood tests and ask for your B12 to be included in the test Xx (Back to the video now 😉) x

Don't just take vitamins people. They are stronger than you think. I have always suffered with low iron on and off. I thought I had symptoms of low iron again and started taking iron. I had a blood test and my iron was way to high. It can actually be dangerous. Great vlog though! 🩷
