Lauren, this was such a thoughtful and original idea for a date night!! I remember in earlier videos Cameron expressing how much he loves suits. You really took it to the next level by giving him a night of pampering, tailored suits, and good food, not to mention the leather jacket on your third anniversary and Cameron giving you sunflowers. You and Cameron keep on loving each other through all of life’s ups and downs. You remind me of one of my favorite quotes by Maya Angelou, “…people will never forget how you made them feel.” Always find ways to make each other feel special whenever you can.

So my wife made me watch Love is Blind… and I’m actually glad she did. It was an interesting experiment and I enjoyed the show. But I will say, you could tell from your guys first date in the pods you were meant to be. I am so incredibly happy that you all are still together and happy! Kudos to the casting folks at the production company who does these shows for Netflix. I heard that in addition to experts on reality tv casting, they also have a psychologist who goes through the profiles of the participants as well as the interviews to cast possible matches, but I bet they did not see these two coming... or maybe they did because of their background - both super smart and articulate... and Cameron had dated a black woman before, but I don´t think they expected that from Lauren... there were nice black guys there that on paper were a better match for Lauren - well, except that bi-di guy who was clearly a miss from the casting folks... ouch...
