Well, considering as how you have an iron farm set up, you should start using iron swords for the bamboo farm so that you aren't constantly using durability on the diamond sword.

i feel like in the context of single player, cheating would be something meant to give you an advantage you specifically spawned in an empty end portal frame, something that is unobtainable by every other means, you did not spawn in stronghold loot or the eyes themselves. tldr: it aint that deep.

If you use chunkbase for the seed you can find the coordinates of the stronghold even in an ocean world, even though the eye of ender and locate doesnt work. I have tried it myself with my ocean worlds!!!
