Hey I can help you with healing ailments. Mud roll will help you heal ailments better, and laying down does too. Sitting down gives 2x healing and laying down gives 4x so remember that because it’ll be helpful. If you only have a few ailments use sitting down because when you try to stand up while laying down it takes awhile. You can counter it by pressing r 2x to get up.

Also I recommend using strafe a lot, if you don’t know what it is you can walk backwards and side to side but you can’t run while strafing. If you see a creature with a ring that’s pink and crosses come out of it that’s a creature using the ability “healing hunter”, and that means they can heal you. Keep that in your head!

Here is a couple tips for you 1. When you use the sniff ability, green mark mean that they are weaker than you, orange or yellow mark mean they are just strong as you, red mark mean that they are stronger than you 2. When you are playing as something that has the invisibility make sure do mud roll first before going invisible so people cannot sniff you when you are invisible 3. Sit or lay down to heal stuff much more faster BUT when someone is attacking you when you are sitting or laying down, you will take more damage 4. When you are going across the ocean, you can use the ambush ability to make you faster but your stamina also go down a lot faster. But you will not drown because you only drown when your oxygen run out And yeah that's all the tips I can give to you Also when you wanted to chase someone or run away from someone, also use your ambush ability to make you go faster Edit: Also when you are laying down or sitting, your bad ailment will also heal faster

Tip: lay down to heal and you stamina goes up faster and if you are laying and something attacks you they'll for 4x more damage so be careful. Use cower for 10 second and get damage nerfed but speed buffed for 10 seconds do aggro buff for 10 seconds and get damage buff but stamina regen nerf both are really good in any situation. Use sniff to see creatures invisible creatures some invisible creatures use mud to hide scent. Mostly Use creatures with keen observer ability it makes you see invisible creatures and other peoples health!

There’s a buff called satiated it cuts your growth time in half, if your a carnivore look for player carcasses, if your a herbivore look for pink berries.
