While it is useful to take parts from different top players routines, no one can perform like Carlitos because there is only 1 of him(and Juan Carlos + a whole team of others + endless $..). You have to train specifically according to what you wish to develop. Everything in your game has greatly improved since even a year ago so you are on the right track

Alcaraz is built different, and although he trains like an animal and has great coaching, his physical/muscle composition and his mentality are one in a 100M probably.

how long does he nap for? I would never nap for more than 30 minutes. any longer and you'll be susceptible to grogginess

Felix, have you ever considered playing with a CX200 Plus frame ? Or trying to get a Dunlop Longbody? For 2 handers and smaller players it gives longer reach and for anyone it gives more power on serves and forehands

Dope video and quality hitting! In the points session, it got a bit jarring with the angle switching, but I like it! I think when you switch the perspective next time, you guys could go a second or two back so as to give the brain enough time to reorient with the change in perspective 🙌
