Use a can of consultation spray to fill those holes. Also get a few bags of quick drying cement pour in that crack in floor add some water and it will harden and be much better.

Try duct tape over hole until you can get it fixed. Like people cats can have issues with other cats. Dusty may just need to be enclosed all night with Bella, because she has no way to get away from him.
