Unless you are injecting yourself with testosterone it would be stupid to do this workout. A long high intensity workout like that destroys your testosterone production, you would actually regress from doing a workout like this, and you could give yourself rhabdomyolysis. I view this workout as an IQ test, if you do it, you failed the test.
