I stayed awake for 2 months without eating more than 2 meal replacements a day because I was scared of dying in my sleep and of a heart attack due to being 190 kilos and having undiagnosed severe sleep apnea the diagnosis being delayed due to a lockdown. I lost 20 kilos in those months, I am now 150 kilos. It's amazing what the body's capable of when in fight or flight mode.
