Such a terrifying situation I’m happy to see you’re okay. I’ve never been through a Hurricane specifically but a few years back I was visiting my grandmother who lives near the Mexico border and ended up having a tornado touchdown near me. By far One of the scariest moments of my life so I can only imagine how it was for you. Seeing the reports and death toll has been extremely depressing hopefully the city recovery goes well.

I once had an experience with hurricane irma back in 2017, me & my family were in our house, in the living room with the windows boarded up & using generators listen to the radio & get the news & try to entertain each other in order to feel better, we survived thankfully & we saw the damage outside, the street is covered with broken branches & leaves from the tree's everywhere & of course the rest of the community was damaged & slowly recovered. RIP to everyone who died during irma & helene 😥

Hope your okay! Florida is getting worse there. (I’m a subscriber of yours, you can pin this if you want.) But Texas and Oklahoma are getting some floods and tornadoes so we are okay!

I’ve been in a flood before and a tornado, and a hurricane before in Georgetown, TX (my hometown) but we are alright but I wish you the best of luck!
