Bumped into Simon a couple weeks ago whilst shopping and whilst it was a brief interaction, he was super nice, wished me and my family a good Christmas and let me have a photo. Loved his content before but now he has my utmost respect. Super sound guy. Saw him from a distance at Manchester airport yesterday by pure coincidence as well!

Probably my favourite episode! I’ve lived on a sailboat for several years and I go to both Svalbard and Tromsø quite frequently in my job. I feel like you really captured the essence of northern Norwegians with the people you met here, the adventurous young couple, the older gentleman who tells you to move over and proceeds to reverse your car up a snowy hill just using the mirrors, that guy didn’t look at the reverse camera once 😂 lovely video! And yes sharing one big duvet does not make any sense at all. One less thing to fight about and if you happen to have a fight anyways you’re still warm and cozy sleeping on the couch ❤️

Great experiences. That boat was really something. I can’t imagine being cramped in there with two other people. Lesson learned on #2 spot. Make sure your ride has 4w drive. That was a beautiful place. One suggestion for them is to provide guests with a robe. Number three was cozy with the wood fire but having to traverse that lot to get to the toilet seemed an unnecessary risk. Definitely a different mindset on each of these rentals. Welcome to 2025! My next recommendation is go somewhere warm. 🤗🤪

Fun. I ran the Polar Night Marathon in Tromso in 2024. They drop off in the mountains and you run back into Tromso. And skied at Ski Alpinpark in Tromso. A fun trip.
