Awesome work! the tip of slowing down the kicking will benefit me the most. And then what I learned the most in training for something, in this case the same marathon I'm gonna run with you, is that showing up is more important than improving every attempt. The only reason you figure out to kick slower and improve your posture is because you went through the reps. If you wouldn't push yourself to do this every day, it could've you taken months to figure that out. On the days you don't fancy doing the task, make sure you just start the task. Again great work, and I know while writing this you are about to do the aquaman so good luck. Keep it up.

Yep exactly. Going from only being able to swim 2 laps in front crawl, to being able to swim 100 laps in just 30 days, is insane. And it's not even about the Oceanman or the Ironman or the marathon or whatever else I have signed up for. It's about setting goals to become better. It's about putting in the reps.

really inspirational video. I'm working on getting fit myself but... i wonder why you wont go swimming in the rain, you pool is wet already.

That's a good point. When I used to go fishing with my dad as a kid. I would often ask him, "Will the fish still bite if it's raining?", and he'd always reply, "Why would they care? They're already wet." I think it's just psychological. It just feels different swimming at 12 noon under the blue sky and full sun, vs swimming at 6pm after dark in the rain.
