To make it really devious what you'd need was a game where the upgrade was given a completely random color/icon every time that had nothing at all to do with it's effect, so there wouldn't be any way at all to make a quick estimation just by looking :P

You keep getting the "same" upgrades, cause you're meant to have multiple flowers which you could use those upgrades on rather than trying to add them multiple times to the same flower. I imagine more flowers also means more HP, cause he has to reset all of them instead of just one.

So, this game is free. Best strategy i found is to focus on fire rate, until it shoots every frame. Then, you can ignore every fire rate upgrade, since it won't help anymore, and focus on number of bullets. Damage doesn't matter very much, because the damage stat has a minimum integer value, can't go below that no matter what. Basically: Fire rate > Number of bullets > Split > Range > Homing. Every other stat can be ignored.

Certain upgrades are not compatible so only the first applies for that flower and they are applied to individual flowers so strategy is needed

Right, either let us see the stats (which Bounty of One does) or tell us the exact amount an upgrade gives (like Vampire Survivors does). Not telling you anything on either end AND not having damage numbers either kind of makes it hard to know how well anything is actually working when you choose it.

Day seventy of asking Matt to add the Second Narrows Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial to the Wheel of Bridgetune It is a cantilevered truss bridge, carrying 6 lanes of traffic from Vancouver to North Vancouver in B.C. across the second narrowing of the Burrard Inlet. 2 things they really need to fix; 1st, upgrades you have already (on all current flowers) need to stop dropping. If you get more flowers, fine, but once all current ones have it then it dropping again is worthless. 2nd, what happens when the boss "beats" you is idiotic. You'll slowly plug away at it with multiple deaths, sure, but you'll move on from there significantly disadvantaged to the point where restarting the whole game is easier.

Note on the ad read. Don't get tungsten rings without proper research, if it gets stuck they can't cut the ring cause tungsten is too hard so your finger would have to get amputated.

It appears to have very little space for cards and cash, the "coin holder" appears to hold about 8 quarters worth of space, It looks quite hard so I think it will be uncomfortable while sitting, It also looks like it would be very easy to fall out of the pocket and get lost being so sleek. If you love them thats okay I've not held one or owned it but from the commercial it looks shit to me.
