HI BBY! Welcome to what my brother and I eat in a day! In this video, I switched diets with my brother for a day and there were VERY interesting results. I may or may not like cow's milk now?! Trying my teen brother's diet for a day was definitely interesting lol!
As always, this surfing day in the life is full of beach days with my family, healthy recipes, healthy baking (I made vegan Thin Mint cookies!!) and relaxing times in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Hi! Spot reducing isn’t scientifically possible (there aren’t exercises that can specifically reduce one part of your body) but total body strength training and eating a balanced diet can help! I would speak to a personal trainer or nutritionist 💛
