Hi I hope you see this post , I've had lar surgery and just had a ileostomy reversal. Right now I'm thinking have I made the right decision Pooing constantly, sometimes not even getting out of the toilet till the process starts again The sore skin , bloody incontinent pants lying in poo and so it goes on .please give me hope 👍

Hi there. I hope things are starting to improve for you already. I remember the shock at first of things not working as they used to. The bowel is an organ that doesn't like being messed with and takes a long time to get back into a rhythm! Obviously without being medically trained I cant offer too much in terms of advice but I can tell you time is a healer with this operation. Take care and best wishes!

Hi, I am going to make a video soon, as a few things have changed and I now use an irrigation system meaning I go once a day. It has been life changing. Before using it I was going between 5 and 10 times a day.

I'm intrigued by the irrigation thing , hope the video comes soon , looking for a more carefree life 👍👍
