Recipe :
Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp.
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
Pumpkin - 300 g.
Rice - 300 g.
Raisins - 50 g.
Dried apricots - 100 g.
Prunes - 100 g.
Salt to taste
Seasoning for pilaf - 1 tsp.
Zira - 1/3 tsp.
