YPT: I was thinking you had Fe cuz of your seemingly amazing way of understanding other people’s emotions and motives, which INTPs are really bad at. I was actually thinking you were XSFJ or XNFJ (keep in mind that At this time I only saw like 4 videos of yours so I didn’t have a lot of time to analyze your type) I was also thinking you could have Fi cuz you seemed to be very “yourself” if that makes sense, and you also show a burst of emotions at kinda random times, which is a typical trait of Fi. I used to be obsessed with 16 personalities until I learned more about personality types and the way they work, 16p isn’t accurate cuz it doesn’t use these things called cognitive functions, which are the building blocks of personality. ( Fe, Fi, Te, Ti, Se, Si, Ne, and Ni ) I was thinking you could have Ne (which INTPs dO have) cuz of your also amazing ability to see connections and possibilities, so along with that, my seeing Fi and Ne, I felt like you could be and ENFP, or INFP. INTPs functions I order are Ti>Ne>Si>Fe, I haven’t been able to analyze you thoroughly but I can see where you would use Ti, which is a function that uses your own internal logic when making decisions, not based on emotions, which I can kinda see in you, but if that, then your Fe would be last and very underdeveloped, causing you to not understand how other people feel or why they feel that way. Anyways I haven’t even finished the video yet I’m sorry lol, this comment is probably a mess Ok so I finished the video, I saw a LOTTTTT of Ne, like a crazy amount, to the point where you could be an ENXP. The functions for ENTP is Ne>Ti>Fe>Si, which I think makes a lot more sense, since you seem to be (kind of) in better touch with yours and others emotions, and inferior Si which would explain you not really thinking too much of the past or dwelling on things too long. Don’t worry about you being an extrovert because ENXPs are known as the most “introverted extroverts”. It’s funny cuz you actually remind me a lot of me (INFP) but I can see the differences also. Anyways I hope you read this lol cuz it took a while, and I hope maybe you learn more about cognitive functions, and maybe read more about ENTPs and then you can really decide for yourself what you are (maybe even ENFP) thanks for reading if you did lol

Wow, pretty impressive analysis length! Thank you for passionately writing it out, drawing from your knowledge of four videos. I would say that 16personalities is quite accurate as its own kind of test and as a Big Five test, and I wouldn't completely invalidate it. Cognitive functions sound interesting; I have yet to really look into them, but I do know a very small bit. Do you think the functions can be divided in a clear-cut way like that though? Like, do you think it would be possible for, say, an INFP to have Fi Ni Si Te? Or what type would that be? Do you know what makes these cognitive functions' divisions definite, as in, how each type is only limited to four specific functions and not others? Also, could the functions in each personality type be stacked differently/become more developed? I'm definitely not extraverted though :P. Of course, it might not be enough to type me by cognitive functions after looking at only five videos, but for 16personalities, it's probably possible to make a good "YPT" guess as its results are more straightforward.

@@yamimementomori yes I wouldn’t rule 16p out as a whole, because for the specific type of test it is, it is pretty accurate. Answering your question on if they’re always “clear cut”, say if you’re an INFP, the functions will ALWAYS be Fi>Ne>Si>Te, but they can be developed differently, and you may relate in some ways to the other functions as well, especially if your considered “unhealthy”, then one would usually start going into their “shadow functions” which are the opposite of the ones you normally have. The opposite of INFP would be ENFJ who’s functions are Fe>Ni>Se>Ti, at that point you can show more use of those functions, but since it isn’t your “normal” you wouldn’t use them very well, and they would be underdeveloped. More about your question on if they can be stacked differently, no they can’t , you can though have a preference on what you use more often, I don’t know much about this but I read that you know if you have Fi Ne and Si (INFP) instead of using Ne more often, you would use Si more often, which would mean you are more practical, detail-oriented, traditional, focused more on past, than other INFPs. Another thing that can decide how different your type behaves is this thing called enneagram, which is a WHOLE other thing to get in to lol. Anyways as one gets older, their lower functions become more developed and you’re able to use them all in a pretty good way. I suggest looking up simple definitions of each function and you can decide which ones describe you the most, and from what you do most, to the least. what order they’re in can determine your type. Like with ENTP and INTP, they have the same functions but slightly different order, which can actually change how they act quite a lot. I’m not sure what makes them “definite” per say, that’s just how it is lol, I hoped I helped in some way😩 sorry if I made any spelling errors and lemme know if you want me to explain on something in more depth :)

Ok I wrote this before watching the video and here's the reasoning behind it. Also, considering that I'm just watching you online and I might not be accurate, I'll list the differences between INTPs and ENTPs. It's not a very good reason but I usually have a feeling about other's type, because I've been studying the theory over a one and a half year and I kinda know the radiation of the types. But it's always better to verify with evidences. You need to know that I'm not typing based on the letters, but on temperaments and interaction styles. The first obvious thing was that you're informative. You literally put explaining texts all over the video. That's a very informative thing to do because they don't always say what they mean and the context is very important in their communication. This was the same for both ENTPs and INTPs they're both informative. Now here comes the difference. ENTPs are Movement, INTPs are control. It basically means that for ENTPs the development and progression is very important. On the other hand INTPs are more likely to take things slow and take their time with things. In real life examples: ENTPs drive much faster than INTPs and choose movement over safety. I thought that you're an ENTP because you seemed so worried about you're projects not going anywhere and you're talking in videos is pretty fast. The third verifier factor is initiating vs responding. ENTPs would rather get information from others than looking up on the internet or searching it from books. You said you have no problem walking up to someone if you want to, but you don't do. So if you look at the factors, you get 4 groups, the interaction styles (In charge: Direct, Initiating, Control; Starter: Informative, Initiating, Movement; Finisher: Direct, Responding, Movement; Behind the scenes: Informative, Responding, Control) I thought you were a Starter type based on your task management, but I wasn't sure, because you seemed more introverted when you described yourself, but in videos I percieved extroverted energy. It might be the fact that if you're making a video it's like a one-on-one situation even though it's not, but it's like an introverted situation. The other thing that made me think that you're and ENTP that you didn't seem to be a behind the scene type who's very private and in their own world but still might be the videos, because you basically just share your thought process and you can't be really private about it. Also I left out that I was sure of the NTP thing because your of getting into new things, nee ideas all the time and in your videos you're always really careful with verification, proof, logic and correctness. The last thing I want to point out that probably will help you decide the most is the fear. ENTPs fear that they might get uncomfortable, INTPs fear that they make others feel bad. ENTPs are more positive about making others feel better, they think they're good at it, INTPs want to be good at it but they always have a fear that other's don't value them. I think that's all.
