6:33 This is why I try to teach my boys how to close out. He closed out but didnt stay low when approaching the defender. "Chop steps" is what I call it when nearing him. Chop steps help you stay on balance and able to react to a blow by. Yes, stamina has a lot to do with it. When you're tired, you make mistakes. Mental toughness is a must.

1v1’s don’t mean shit everyone has off days and on top of that 3 dribble max isn’t the best way to display skill. In real game situations you have unlimited dribbles. It allows more of a set up for the play. Kenny played a good game but Iverson is in a separate league 🤣

Friga did start off a little slow. They tried to be physical with iverson because of his size. Friga wasn’t as aggressive as we see in those 5v5 games at the park. I’m not sure is that was because of the defense or not.

NBA is the highest level of basketball what else are you supposed to compare it too? Its basketball not football. Good defense means beating the offensive player to the spot not hugging them some contact is necessary sometimes but holding is a compensation for lack of lateral movement aka you cant play D.
