The best mug cake imo: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk 2 tablespoon vegetable oil •1.5 Tbsp hazelnut spread or peanutbutter (I like peanutbutter) Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Add the milk and oil. Then drop in the dollop of hazelnut spread or peanutbutter on top. Cook ~60-70 seconds, until the cake has partially formed but there's still hot gooey chocolate batter left

3 ingredient icecream is my favourite and it's a hit with all the family: 600ml cream 350mlish sweetened condensed milk (it's a can of it in Australia but I can't remember what the measurement is). Violet crumble (or whatever chocolate or lolly you want). Blend the cream and milk together until almost stiff peaks and then stir in your choice of topping. We make it into an ice-cream bar by placing a layer of malt O milk biscuits on the base of a slice tray, spreading the icecream over it, place another layer of malt O milk biscuits on top and then freeze it. Once frozen chop into bars and serve. It is amazing!!!

Two things: I haven't heard anyone say, "It's close enough for jazz," in such a long time. Thanks, Christopher, for bringing it back. Also, I've had the same issue with the truffles in the past. My remedy was to use less cream cheese. It should honestly take work to just combine the Oreo cookie crumbles using the cream cheese as the combining agent. The best recipe I used was for a family pack size of Oreos with 4 oz of cream cheese. Took forever to get it to all incorporate, but it made the mixture far less gooey. Love this, as always. Keep shining. We need this right now.

You actually made me feel a little better about my cooking skills. I had seen the fudge recipe as well a while back and tried it out. Mine also turned out softer than I expected - never really got firm even after a day or so in the fridge - more like "spoon fudge." Good thing that it did at least taste eatable since no one else in my household would try it and I ended up eating all of it on my own (over several days time). Would like to point out that the recipe can be very adaptable. You don't have to use just "chocolate" chips and "vanilla" flavoring. There are lots of candy chips out there and several different flavorings to pair them up with.

Whisk egg whites for soft peaks look and add to the chocolate and yolk mixture folding in carefully. Add 3 quarters at a time and fold till you get even cake batter. @@buttholesurfer91 I saw this a couple times, looked fishy, so I researched it and am now an expert. 😜 Sugar doesn't cook the eggs. Great! Honestly, the fudge recipe you used I have used a million times before. The base of sweetened condensed milk and chips is probably the most versatile and easy confection I've ever made. So long as you have sweetened condensed milk and some kind of chips/morsels, you can make fudge with a MICROWAVE. Flavors I have made: Peppermint White Chocolate, Almond Joy Fudge (adding almonds and coconut to the base you made. You could omit the almonds and just make a Mounds fudge!), Nutella Fudge (again just your base with the add of nutella spread, this is my Husbands absolute favorite), Butterscotch Fudge (using butterscotch morsels/chips in place of the chocolate chips), etc. The possibilities are virtually endless and always delicious. Much love!

Then I make the oreo balls and freeze them overnight and the next day I dip them in the chocolate. Also, experiment with different flavorings, we like to add Orange extract. Then dip in melted chocolate chips. I keep them in the freezer too because they are delicious frozen!

My go to dessert recipe is Fruit crumble 1 pkg cake mix any kind, frozen/canned fruit (I use mix berries/peaches) and can of coke,( if you use white cake mix use ginger ale) Bake at 350C for 30 minutes or until cake mix is cooked. You can also use butter instead of soft drink.

I’m a nut allergy person too...I feel EVERY sentiment including the popsicle & sesame seed questions...I typically have to make my own desserts but definitely with more than 3 ingredients. Entertaining video!

Love the video! Hot tip for the white chocolate, use a fork to help roll truffles in chocolate and pull out of chocolate, the chocolate will drain through the fork leaving more for next truffle and helping keep it clean! Hope this helps for next time xx

One of my comfort food items is left over rice, I stir in some cheese and microwave it for 2-3 minutes so it's steaming then stir in a raw egg (The rice/cheese cooks the egg). You don't need to season it but if you do I use pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder if I do.

I love white chocolate and dipping things and found especially with cake pops and truffles and stuff if you add a bit of oil to the chocolate once its melted it makes it so much easier and thinner so it's not so heavy. I wish I knew sooner I just found out during quarantine but it really helps.

I've made Oreo truffles before, and yes, you're suppose to freeze the Oreo and cream cheese mixer after you've formed them into balls (it's easier to form the balls if the mixture has also been frozen, makes your hands less messy). And they're best served chilled to room temp.

Rachel I make coffee cream and orio ice-cream. It is delicious...and also 3 ingredients Take vanilla ice-cream.. mash with fork until soft (Not melted). Take expresso granules and melt in a few teaspoons of hot water. Intensity depends how strong you like coffee. Mix disolved coffee concentrate into half the vanilla ice-cream. Take orios which you rough crush in bag, add to vanilla ice-cream. Mix both ice-creams together so coffee and vanilla ice-cream has marble affect. Refreeze. Enjoy.

Cruffins! I made them this week, it's a combination of muffins and croissants. Basically you need croissant dough and any fillings that you like, I usually use chocolate spread (like nutella), jam and sometimes some nuts, like pecans. But I really like them and they're very easy!

My favorite 3 ingredient recipe is also a fudge. It's basically 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of condensed milk and 3 cups of chopped semi sweet chocolate. Melt the butter and condensed milk separately and mix it with the chopped chocolate to melt it, and make sure they're combined well. Pour into a lined pan and freeze overnight. Cut them into cubes and keep them chilled so they dont melt.

3 ingredient caramel: 1/2 cup sugar put sugar in pan/pot on med heat stir continuously until it is a golden brown liquid (this will take a few minutes) Move melted sugar off the heat, mix in 3 tablespoons butter mix in 2 tablespoons heavy cream (Milk is NOT a good substitute) Pour into a small baking dish lined with parchment Once cool cut into squares and enjoy I make these all the time in quarantine.

The Oreo truffles are delicious when made the right way. After you mix the Oreo crumbs and cream cheese you chill it for like 20 minutes. Then roll the balls and freeze them for 30 minutes with the skewers in them. Then dip them in the chocolate. When it is done you chill them in a refrigerator and do not eat them room temperature. They are so good. I use almond bark chocolate for chocolate ones and white chocolate for ones made with white Oreos.

Hi. For your sticks to work with the truffles, you dip them in the white chocolate a little, then insert in the truffle. Let it set...then it'll stay on when you dip in the white chocolate.

I have a fudge recipe for you Rachel! 18oz of white chocolate 14oz if sweetened condensed milk 1/2 of dulce de leche Melt chocolate into the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave. You should do this in 15-second increments. Stir it until combined. Once melted, pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined 20cm by 20cm dish. Ribbon the dulce de leche through the mixture using a toothpick. You can create fun designs in this step. Then chill for 2 hours. Lastly, cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces.

Truffles are actually a rich, decadent dessert. Smalls balls of ganache dipped in chocolate. So yummy! I once tried a truffle that had a key lime flavored ganache with a white chocolate shell. My knees almost buckled. Oreo truffles aren't a true truffle, but something that's truffle-like.
