Price of the sauna is ridiculously high for a pop up...and a steam sauna at that.

Agreed. At that price you might as well get a normal infrared or traditional sauna instead

It may be easy to compare this to a fiberglass tent sauna, but our EMBRACE Heat unit is in a category of it's own. The construction is far more durable & there are no tent poles required.

Well I bought both. The sauna material seems of quality. BUT the steam unit is junk, keeps raising temp on its own. Oh and plan on using the sauna with the door open since the zippers are on the outside. @davidmausjr did you really forget to bring that up?!?! Kind of a big deal. Going to setup the plunge tomorrow sure hope it is better than the sauna.

Also max heat in the sauna is 110 degrees, been running for an hour. “150 degrees” is misleading.

I personally got mine TOO hot. Not sure why yours would max out at 110. I did present all of this to the founder of the company and he said they would ship them with the zipper issue fixed, thats why I didnt go over it in details. I was and still am expecting updates, but would also suggest not zipping a steam sauna all the way so you let fresh air in. Keep me updated on your overall experience. Definitely dont want you or anyone to feel misled.

man thats a bummer you feel that way. Hopefully you notice I dont post any biased reviews, everything is a presentation of what you get with a product and how to use it. I do love feedback from viewers and consumers so If there is every a valid issue, I will immediately present it to the founders to fix. I take this seriously

Thank you @EMBRACECOLDPLUNGES for replacing the faulty sauna unit promtly.

Do they really suggest filter change ever two weeks or would it be two months? Every two weeks seems extreme.
@808kea808Ай бұрын
Depends how often and how many people uses it. I change mines a few months. It’s just me and I use it daily
@EMBRACECOLDPLUNGES27 күн бұрын
One of the most common reasons chiller units fail is the lack of water flow to the pump. Changing the filter once every two weeks is a good rule of thumb to ensure the pump has adequate water flow. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

@ what about the zipper only being accessible from the outside. Could you not have but a zipper like a tent that you can also access from the inside?
