9:15 that has to be used in direct contact with the skin and it doesn't really do magic, using it before or after (even while) abdominal exercises or on a day when you can't go to the gym makes the exercise more efficient. But by itself the results are pretty meh.

1:32 My uncle has the automatic one that can detect how fast you want/how slow you want. Basically if you walk more on the front it detect you wanted to be faster, walk more behind the fast pace can reduce the speed

Lmao!! The ab roller bit! Dzung don’t feel bad, I honestly think those of us who have had children often have core strength issues which make that dang machine so hard to do. It brought a smile to my face and made me crack Up thinking about the one time I got one and literally FELL trying to just go forward let alone bring myself back 😂❤ I think you did great on that one 💪🙌🏽🤣

I've been debating on the walking pad for a bit thank you for reviewing it😊

3:59 You can put a rag on the floor and do the same movements. When I was little I used to polish my grandmas floor like that. I have an hour glass figure… can’t really confirm if it was a result of that 😅

I just got one of those walking pads because I live in Vermont and cannot go outside for six months of the year unless I'm completely bundled up. I also just had a newborn so my workout has been sporadic, it's actually helping me a lot. Sometimes I walk just 5 to 10 minutes after the kids all go to bed! Better than nothing, right?!

The ab belt needs to be touching your skin. It’s not meant to be over clothes 😅
@DrPrepZilla6 ай бұрын
the ab belt is supposed to be on bare skin.

I have an Infinity Hoop (the original brand name for the weighted hula hoop). I have removed 4 links from the time I started using the hoop. The goal is 30 minutes a day, and to get your heart rate up. Which means more and faster movement. I love mine! Also, watching you do the hoop, I think it should be a little higher, and it sounds like you could remove one more link. It doesn't look like it's fitting you properly.

Is Alyssa her daughter?
@greenie23906 ай бұрын
No, I think she just helps with editing, and when Dzung needs some help with different things on the channel. Her daughter is very young. But Alyssa seems to be such a sweetie.
