In a previous video, I made bread using King Arthur GF Pizza flour. The taste was a little off and I think the flour can’t tolerate overnight fermentation. A few viewers commented that KA makes a separate GF bread flour. I tested it out and I’m very surprised with the results. This is not a sponsored video.
