Which Brussels Sprouts do you want to devour, Claire & Christina’s or Molly’s?

My son's restaurant serves these but adds slivered almonds and goat cheese crumbles... scrumptious. (Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe, AZ)

Can I use balsamic vinegar 😋 I might add some crisp crumbled bacon....

What can you use instead of cherry or red wine vinegar?
@GeoffreyAlan3 жыл бұрын
Apple cider vinegar or balsamic could both be good substitutes. The slight sweetness of those two should closely match that of sherry or red wine vinegar.

Why not balsamic vinegar?

I’m not familiar, but will have to check it out! I love trying out new Brussels recipes. 😄

I think you may have crowded your sheet pan and caused the brussels to steam rather than crispy.

I just noticed that the glaze is almost similar to the Asian Sweet Chilli sauce.

I use dates in my glaze rather than honey.
@GeoffreyAlan3 жыл бұрын
Ooh, good idea! 🤤 I tried another recipe that used date syrup, but haven’t tried while dates.

Why were those other 2 girls laughing so hard at Molly?
@adityahingne2216 сағат бұрын
Cause they were trying to create a recipe and didn't realize they created the exact same one that Molly already made and published.
@brittneyletsos76302 жыл бұрын
But why were they laughing
@ka71263 жыл бұрын
Why were they laughing, bruh? Did they even try it? I've been looking at honey glazed Brussel spout recipes all morning; it's the bomb
@lukeholmberg54203 жыл бұрын
They were laughing because they were trying to develop a Brussels recipe in that video, and developed the same exact recipe as molly by accident without realizing it.
