Yes I agree she is an amazing KZbinr! She actually has integrity and that is truly admirable and rare especially in an influencer. But you won't see results from taking vitamins in just 30 days. It takes at least 90 days of religious daily vitamin taking in order to see a difference. Also hair vitamins aren't going to help your hair grow faster unless you are vitamin deficient. Granted a lot of people in the US are vitamin deficient but if you eat pretty healthy you probably aren't going to see results. Obviously it can't hurt to try taking hair vitamins but you won't see results until around 3 months of taking them every single day. You can't miss a day. Ever. Honestly for women an iron supplement would probably be more helpful. Most women are iron deficient just because of our periods and your hair won't grow as strong or as fast if youre iron deficient and most hair vitamins do not contain iron. This isn't medical advice you should speak with your doctor. Also many well known vitamin brands are not reputable and do not contain the amounts of vitamins that they claim they do. I don't know if the brand she tried is reputable or not. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor and ask them to prescribe you a multivitamin that you will pick up from the pharmacy that way you know for sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals you are supposed to get. I did start taking hair vitamins in November of 2020 after suffering from anorexia for a couple years and my hair literally had stopped growing. My hair had grown half of an inch in a year. Ever since taking those vitamins my hair has grown 2 in. So it really did help me to start taking them but I would speak to your doctor like I did before starting any vitamin routine to make sure it doesn't interfere with any medication you're taking. But if you tried hair vitamins before and they didn't work for you don't give up it could have just been the brand you were taking or it could be that you need iron.

i feel like a lot of hair products promise something they cannot possibly actually provide. "fix split ends"? when the hair is already split, you cant put it back together! why do they say it like that! they probably mean it protects hair that isnt already split from splitting, bc that could work, but why do they make it sound like their products can glue split ends back together? also "lengthen". no shampoo will make your hair longer?? and i dont think ive ever actually seen any proof anywhere that any kind of substance or shampoo can reliably influence the rate at which a persons hair grows. ive tried googling it, but all ive found were blog-type posts from magazines which i do not trust, or medical sites that say there hasnt been found any proof of anything working in that kind of way. i just dont get why anyone would pay that much for haircare that promises things it physically cannot provide. making hair more shiny, less frizzy, wasier to comb, yes. but i just dont think there are any products that can alter the way your hair comes out of your scalp, so things like thicker hair, faster growing hair, different hair texture, etc.
@jannecapelle_art4 жыл бұрын
@@thankyoujieun yeah, its probably more 'breaking prevention', like the person above said. that would make sense, since that is actually something that can be done. making your hair grow faster is not something ive seen proven to work 🤔

@@thankyoujieun Everyone's hair has a length limit. You can't expect to stop cutting your hair and look like Rapunzel, ya know? Kinda just depends on your genetics
@Rose-xe4ct3 жыл бұрын
@@thankyoujieun Sometimes genetics plays a part in how long your hair can grow. Also that split hair ends thing has been disproven by scientists and professional hair stylists. A shampoo or product that claims it can repair broken/split ends only does it for a temporary amount of time, it will never be fixed permanently. So it’s kind of like gluing the frayed ends of a rope together, but eventually the glue stops holding it together.

Try the Tesco own brand hair, skin and nail vitamins! I've been struggling to grow my hair for YEARS and now my hair is growing fast; I bought them after seeing good reviews for them. They don't necessarily make your hair grow faster but help to strengthen it and stop it from snapping off, so they help retain length. They're only £3 and on 3 for 2. Generally with vitamins you need to take them continously for a few months to see a noticeable difference, but I've been taking these for 2 months and already see a huge difference. The gummy vitamins generally are worse and more expensive because your body can't absorb as much of the vitamins from them.

For anyone wondering, the only way to get abs is to be at a certain body fat percentage (Everyone has abs, but some have a layer of fat covering them) most people may be unable to do so because it's just so ridiculously low. To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit, which is just eating 100-200 calories less than your maintenance calories (YOU SHOULD NOT BE EATING LESS THAN 1200 CALORIES. THAT IS ABSURD. ADEQUATE AMOUNT IS AROUND 1500+). Every body is different, and being healthy doesn't automatically mean abs, keep in mind that speaking to a dietitian and nutritionist can help so much to understand what works for you. Also, your metabolism is important to keep in mind.

$30 is not a lot of money for a 30 count vitamin or mineral supplement. You're essentially paying for the benefits of a certain food. Imagine you're making a dish that requires 30 carrot tops. The grocery store doesn't sell carrot tops, so you end up buying a 30 count box of carrots. Even though you only need the tops you had to buy the entire box of carrots to get the required amount of carrot tops for the dish. That's a big reason why we use supplements, some people don't want to prep and eat a box of carrots, or waste most of the carrot, but we still need the nutrients. Then you have to account for the quality of the ingredients in the supplement, organic anything costs more. And the extraction process can be costly, cold pressed ingredients retain more nutrients but this process cost more than steam distillation. That's why supplements are so expensive, they require concentrated amounts of nutrients. The higher the quality of the ingredients, and the more extravagant the extraction process, the more they cost. So the next time you're under the weather, don't drink a ton of orange juice that's loaded with sugar, and increases your mucus production, get a vitamin C supplement. Invest in your health! 😉
@finnoloughlin85324 жыл бұрын
Right... No. You're better off eating the carrots. The vitamins from food are absorbed much better than the vitamins from multivitamins. And sugar bear hear has been debunked multiple times. You can pick up cheap multivitamins from tesco that do the exact same thing. And if you've a cold, rather than drinking orange juice or taking a supplement, just eat the orange. regeneratemedicalconcierge.com/supplements-vs-food-the-truth-behind-multi-vitamins-and-eating-right/#:~:text=In%20many%20instances%2C%20the%20vitamins,for%20supplements%20and%20eating%20poorly.

I feel you on the trouser pocket thing! it's one of my absolutes for work trousers and if a pair has both pockets and belt loops it's a major point in my choice whether or not to buy them. I looked that the Fabletics stuff a while ago and decided they were too expensive. However, I have the Function of Beauty shampoo and conditioner and like them. They last for ages too and are really economical. I found that I use even less if I followed their instructions and used just one or two pumps at a time and lathered it up in my palms before I put it on my head as well (my hair is really fine but near bottom of my back length, so you'd think I'd go through bottle of shampoo really fast, but I don't with the FoB ones).

I had the exact same issue with a "stylish" water-bottle I bought.. I'm used to drink from a straw at home and I feel like it makes me drink more so I decided to do buy something that works similarly but was also cute for work. Gurl, I was so tired that day that I nearly cried trying to get some water out of this thing. It is easier now (like I couldn't get one drop of water on my first tries) but it is still not as convenient as a classic water-bottle :(

The thing about hair vitamins is that it takes a very long time for you to see any significant change. I usually take Ecophane during the Fall and I have to take it for three months to actually see a change in my hair. Judging by the "ingredients" of the gummies, I think they could work but one would have to take them for a long period of time.

I tried function of beauty for almost a year because of all the amazing reviews and did not like it. I selected the scalp care and anti-frizz as well as other general things. I didn’t have frizzy hair but my scalp was soooo itchy and my hair got greasy a lot quicker than it did with other products. I have pretty straight, medium weight hair. It made my ends quite dry as well.

Taz ~says stuff about her body Me ~ come from a country where taz's body is the ideal body type. 😅😶😶. And then I realised that every country has a beauty standered meaning beauty differs from country to country. 🙃 Honestly I used to hate my curvy body and one of the main reasons why I was so hooked up with ur channel is your body bieng the one that I desired to get. And now seeing you say those things to your body made me think "Why wouldn't she like that. Ti's goddamn perfect.?" And then I learned gradually that beauty is just a standard and what makes you beautiful is who you are as a person. 💕😍

for the water bottle i looked it up and either you need to cut it, hit that little dot on the top with a pen or something, or push it in more (or loosen it if it’s too tight).

You should try natural soap for your hair (and body) castile soap, savon de marseille, aleppo soap etc. They’re made of oils and don’t contain those harsh chemicals most schampoos do. However, there is a transitioning period where your hair feels greasy but also frizzy, mixed with some dryness? Point is, it feels really weird at first until your hair has gotten used to it, but it is so worth it, and since we’re in lockdown, what better time to try it out than now?

as someone who has purchased both Function of Beauty & Fabletics, I LOVED Function of Beauty and HATED Fabletics. I've been continuing to use the hair products for a year and a half! As for the leggings, I returned them & my sports bra ended up ripping. I think as a lululemon connoisseur, Fabletics was just such a big step down in quality/fit :/
